What software do I need to use these products?
You will need Mozaik Software to utilize these product downloads. All files are optimized to be cut on a CNC machine.
Are these files customizable?
Yes, all the files are parametric. Parametric means that they are customizable products that adapt to your specific dimensions, construction methods, and styles through editable user parameters. These user parameters will vary from product to product but make them highly adaptable from job to job
Will these files generate cutlists and CNC output?
Yes. Once imported into Mozaik, the files integrate fully with cutlists, part labels, and CNC machining output.
Can I get help setting up my files?
Yes. An “Online Expert Setup” option is available with each product, where we provide a link to schedule a Zoom session to walk you through installation and customization. Most products come with a PDF instruction for use and installation.
Do I need a specific version of Mozaik to use these files?
It is suggested to always be running the most current version of Mozaik. Often this is the version the files are created in as well as supported.
